@VonMeeganshmoot VERY Joe Pass!
Belissimo!
We all play guitar right? We all play different styles, right?
Who is the “guitar god” that said HOW to play is only one way? I use jazz in metal all the time, and who said you can’t? I use metal in jazz, for all I care. It’s just how the friggin song/ tune sounds, it’s not a definite genre in guitar. Hell, pump up some classical on an electric with distortion, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference (unless you know the composers and their tendancies.) I’m just saying, play your guitar, man
Very nice, love to listen it few times
People, people, people, Music is subjective not objective there is no right nor wrong, if it sounds right to you, then its right for you. so just stop with all the arguing and just enjoy the music. It’s a beautiful piece(again in my opinion ), just accept that not everyone is the same and will have an opinion, you will never win an argument on an internet page with some one you know and will never meet. all i know is that we all share a pasion for music so why not just try help each one another
Check out this piano solo about three minutes in:

Enjoy!
@thediem667 While I agree that knowing the theory is key to playing well there is also much to be said for having a good ear and being able to play what you hear or would scat over a given set of changes. There are a lot of classical folks who could not navigate a set of changes and sound like they want to or even good BUT those players KNOW theory… There is much to learn to play jazz well and so little time to learn it all!
Love the tonee
this is beautiful, man. i’m going to be better than you someday.
nice, it’s very relaxing
Very nice!
You’re a great talent, sir! Well done!!
@Jax0rthemaggot Good point dude , I love metal and jazz also . haha, and im only 15 .
the 118 people are people who want tabs. pfft, fuck tabs. USE YOUR EARS!
118 people don’t know jazz
@SagesScents Johnny A. Very cool and clean playing. Check him out.
@SagesScents Kenny Burrell, Martijn VanIterson, Robert Conti, Phillip Catherine, Jimmy Bruno, Pat Metheny, Ulf Wakenuis, WES MONTGOMERY, JOE PASS, Grant Green. These are all guitarists, and there are so many more.
If you don’t mind… Could you please recommend a few jazz artists for me? I’m starting to LOVE jazz, and would like to hear different artists perfom it..
By the way, this solo is AMAZING. <3
@thediem667 yes, TABS is the way to go. Take a few lessons from Matt Otten, have you actually listened to this guy play? TABS, OK theory is fair enough and important, but this guy is truly sick, you know it diem!
@JosephCurteisFoxx haha maybe not to most people but i’ve made it happen, my life is a smooth romance film at times
@Charango123quena Dream and hope, my friend. Although it may seem unrealistic, it is possible. Deam and hope, and it may happen. You never know
@JosephCurteisFoxx yes you are right , we can only dream …
@Charango123quena sorry to burst your bubble but that doesnt happen in real life, you watch to many romance films :p
