@thesman32 i dont know about you but each time i head out into that wasteland i cant help but explore. found an abandon air port, turned out it was near a town covered in fallout and filled with ghouls. thick green gas everywhere. some people like lazers and undead while others like magic and undead
@ECST4C the main thing that made oblivion great was the lush colourful enviroment that made you want to explore it but fallout new vegas has sutch a depressing grey colourless enviroment that you dont want to explore.
oblivion had sword fighting,magic, horses (transport) and your own dragon etc.
fallout has radiation,broken guns,no transport (your always on foot) and a predictable story.
i didn’t like fallout 3 either i’ll just wait for elder scrolls 5.
@thesman32 that’s some pretty poor reasons to rate the game 2.5. it is easy to escape enemies, i believe it’s only you that suck at gaming. and how can you hate fallout but not oblivion? that’s impossible, since the games are merely the same but with different stories.

cmon people this game is shit
unrealistic shooting propertys,shed loads of glitches and if you come across a baddie thats way more powerful than you there is no escape basicly game over.
oblivion was a far far far better game i would not pee in this if it was on fire
@jaybeebee14 No, There is a glitch were you don’t shoot and just stay there until you are dead.

@lewled4life I’ve had that glitch several times too, it’s pretty annoying. Granted the patches did fix a lot of bugs, I still have that glitch and if I have two followers, it freezes 9 times out of 10. Clipping issues or something.
and by the way… he story isn’t really as good as fallout 3′s at all… in fact, it seems kinda… rushed?

they’ve definately fixed most of the issues but yes, it still glitches (not necessarily lags though). The biggest problem i’ve encountered is the game freezing, but i have it 4 ps3, i hear it runs betur on xbox.

are you talking about how vats pauses for a few seconds after your attack, allowing your enemies to attack you while you are still in vats?
If the glitches get fixed it would be the greatest game ever made
I think 8.5 suits this game well. My main problem with this game or the only glitch effecting me is the VATS mode where you assign the body part and he doesn’t shoot, move. A VATS cancel feature would fix it.
@XDrMethX ya but its worth it. the lag is only due cause the disc is overheating in the ps3 and need to be water down the slam back and your good for another 3hours.
The bugs in this game can be absolutely hilarious at times (i.e. getting trapped in a cabinet) but the one thing that irks me about this game is the severely limited mobility, mountain climbing is near impossible, not to mention a quick escape from a herd of bighorners protecting their calf.
Reviewers only ‘look past bus and “hope” there will be a patch’ when it’s a release from a big publisher! So many smaller publishers have had good games with 1% of the problems and got scores in the 7′s for being buggy. I could name STALKER, Two Worlds, Metro 2033 and the Gothic series.
i am about to buy this game for the PS3, does it still glicth and lag?
i have a glitch where a women is typing on a table with no computer the glitchs are funny sometimes but when you miss every shot because whatever your kill is to close pisses me off this game is annoying as fuck even though its a good game every glitch and crashs ruins it. meh xD
Bland palate? I guess the game tastes really bad if you attempt to eat it?
